Shipping 

We ship to US and Canada. 

We ship Monday-Friday, same or next business day, generally delivered in 2-5 business days. 

In the unlikely event that you don't love your Sophomores, we have a 60-day return policy, meaning you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

Returns & Exchanges


To start a return or exchange, please send us an e-mail at hello@sophomore.co.

Your shoes must be in like-new condition, with no visible signs of wear, and original packaging. 

We offer free return shipping on Exchanges. For Returns, just pay the return shipping label ($12 for US).

The return shipping fee is meant to discourage the ordering of two sizes at once, which is harmful to the environment (extra shipping both ways) and to company margins, requiring higher prices to cover all of the returns. If you order one size and it doesn't fit, we cover the return shipping so you can get your proper size ASAP.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there is damage or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
